Burger Street - Bedford

I've dined at Burger Street many times over the years, and I've always given their food and service top marks. However, after my visit yesterday (June 13, 2022), I have to say that while the food was still excellent, the service was a complete disappointment. The young woman who took my order was unfriendly and had an unpleasant demeanor that made the experience quite uncomfortable. It felt very strange, and it’s unfortunate because the quality of food alone isn’t enough to keep me coming back. Fast food isn't cheap anymore, and I can easily make my own hamburgers at home. Sadly, Burger Street has lost a loyal customer. I won’t be returning, as I believe good service should accompany my hard-earned money.

The boiled burgers and fries at this restaurant are incredibly fresh. Everything tastes so fresh—definitely my favorite spot for burgers and curly fries!

This was my second visit to Burgerstraße, and it was well worth the wait. I can't believe I lived so close to this place for nine years and didn't notice it before! For years, I thought it was closed. The burger was excellent—juicy, flavorful, and the curly fries were fantastic. The cake made for a perfect dessert as well. Everything was top-notch quality, and I enjoyed every last bite. For just $14, I got a huge burger, delicious fries, a large sweet tea, and a warm cake. Also, a shoutout to Joe for his incredibly friendly customer service! He was such a nice guy during both of my visits.

By doordash ordered and there was a hair in my burger i am disgustedit: the man who made the mistake was in his possession and my burger remade was very apologetic hopefully not happened again

Amazing good! Great, friendly, fast service. It's very small on inside. Two booth tables, about 6-8 stools with bar top table. Great atmosphere!
