Asian Express - Bedford

This restaurant is currently unsatisfactory. It seems to be under new management and the quality of the food has declined significantly. The customer service is also lacking. During my recent visit, I ordered sushi, crab Rangoon, and shrimp tempura. I requested extra eel sauce and sweet and sour sauce for the crab Rangoon, but instead of providing them, they tried to charge me a dollar for each sauce. Despite spending over $25 on my order, they refused to give me the sauces. The fried sushi was soggy and the rangoons were hard. This restaurant used to be a favorite, but now I wouldn't return, even if it were free. I would give it zero stars if possible. I will not be returning.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I had high hopes for a delicious meal, but when I got home and tried my order, I was immediately disappointed. The meat was dry and I couldn't even finish two bites. I'm not even sure if it was real meat or chicken. I wanted to share my experience to warn others who may be thinking of ordering from this place.

I love hibachi and sushi at this restaurant! Definitely worth it! I discovered it last fall and have been loving it ever since. The Texas roll is my favorite!

I have been a loyal customer of Fresh Wok since 2007, but Sayuri Hibachi has ruined the delicious combination of flavors that Fresh Wok is known for. It seems like the previous owners of Fresh Wok have opened a new restaurant with a disappointing menu and lackluster food quality. I wish there was a way to give them zero stars for their terrible dining experience.

The hot and sour soup at this restaurant is delicious, but unfortunately, we had to wait for 2 hours for our delivery even though we were told it would only take 40-50 minutes. Make sure they update their website links on Grubhub.
