The waiting time to be served in this place is ridiculous,. There was one person in front of me that was ordering some drinks, she had 3 people serving her and after 10-15 minutes I gave up. To top it off someone a member of staff knew turned up and a drink was taken out to them straight away. No word of apology and I was ignored the whole time.
