The Blue Glass - Bedford

Lovely evening at Blue Glass yesterday. Surroundings pleasant, customer service efficient and unobtrusive. Wine flight an excellent idea for the indecisive and the sharing mixed platter of superb quality.

My wife and I were staying in Bedford last Thursday and found this excellent Wine Bar by chance. Very interesting wine list with good advice from the owner (Rob). The Platters were superb. The Lamb Carpaccio especially was special. Great and generous portions for both the meat and cheese. It was a pretty quiet evening, but my wife and I both felt relaxed and very comfortable. Only regret was I did not get a a chance to buy one of the cigars that are available. Next time! I would strongly recommend that anyone living in the Bedford area looking for a chilled night out to give BlueGlass a try.

Rob Debs (supported by Marcus and Anna) are the greatest of hosts. Visit often and always have a great time. Amazing food and company. Had a festive cheese and charcuterie board which was amazing. Different cheeses than you’d normally see, all delicious and a beautiful glass of wine to wash it down with. Delicious and fun as ever !

The service is exceptional and the food is fantastic. The team at this restaurant is truly amazing! Rob, Deb, and their staff create a wonderful dining experience. Don't miss out on this place!

I traveled from Bishops Stortford to visit this restaurant after hearing great reviews, and I was not let down! The staff, selection of wines, and food platters were all fantastic. I will definitely be returning soon.
