St Helena - Bedford

This was my first visit although the parents love it here. Absolutely beautiful setting and the food was out of this world but it's Raff and Frank who make this place special. The service is impeccable. Wonderful evening, we will most certainly be going back. Thank you Gents. X

This was the top restaurant in Bedford when I moved here 25 years ago, and it is still the same today. The food is inventive and flavoursome, the staff attentive and knowledgeable nothing is too much trouble and everything is done to a very high standard. We have enjoyed every occasion we have been here, and know we will continue to do so.

I was happy to be treated yesterday evening at a meal. oh, wow! the location of the first was beautiful, the restaurant had a wonderful intimate feeling, although a great shimmer of dunes enjoying that eating was from this world to distribute it from raf the owner was a star. what a gentleman. his love for detail was amazing, his warm to us made his personal for an unforgettable night. would highly recommend this small hidden gemstone. superb!

Perfect every time we have visited with friendly staff, give the excellent service! we have always felt very welcome and shared some great nights for special occasions. eating is fantastic with a great selection of wine. the location is beautiful with a beautiful garden in summer to have an aperitif. it is great to have this fine restaurant so close to us. would best be recommended and will be visited very soon!

This is our third visit to the restaurant st helena. eating the service and the entire experience is totally first class. a special place with a varied menu to choose from, from which everything is excellent. the table they book is their table for the evening so they take their time and enjoy the whole evening without pressure. that's a good man.
