Lakeside Kitchen And - Bedford

Had a lovely time on water then day ruined with lunch. Nearly everything with order came out wrong and at different times. One even came out when everyone else had finished. Manager spoke with us and it didn’t go well ended with getting a refund for 2 items (there was 9 of us). Then a waitress started to go join in when it had been resolved, resulting in manager telling her to stop and go away. Shocking customer service would not recommend.

Excellent breakfast and yummy lunches, lovely atmosphere and fab views across the lake very friendly and relaxed!!

I attended one of Lakeside Kitchen and Bar's Christmas 2022 party nights as part of a group of 20 people. The food was fantastic, which was amazing considering the place was packed, every seat taken. The music was good, and atmosphere was great, with everyone having a great time. Staff were working hard, polite and helpful. I would recommend this venue for any type of event.

There was never anyone behind the counter, you had to keep going to the bar and calling for someone. There was plenty of seating in and outside. The day we went it was rather hot weather-wise, sitting inside was like sitting in a greenhouse and outside, there were only 3 brollies and no shade. I have mobility issues, so all the odd steps that were dotted around made things a little awkward, although there was ramp into the main entrance. Trying to find a seat that was near the water so I could watch my boys on the Aqua park that had some shade. No there weren't any! I even asked if they had any more brollies, they said no but I could sit inside if I wanted to. I said I wouldn't be able to see my boys and it is very hot in there. Staff were friendly but not very helpful.

Excellent breakfast just don`t bother with the golf. Excellent staff Ollie was really helpful. Sausages were not the normal tasteless variety normally found on the menu in hotels
