While the coffee consistently receives high praise for its exceptional quality, the food offerings present a more varied experience. Many diners appreciate the delicious bacon and sausage sandwiches, as well as enjoyable paninis. However, some have noted disappointing desserts, particularly stale cakes. Service has been a point of contention, with staff occasionally seeming disengaged. Despite these inconsistencies, the café's inviting atmosphere and friendly staff make it a recommended stop for coffee aficionados and those seeking light bites.
The milkshake I purchased was decent in terms of taste, but it was severely overpriced at £6.10. The menu displayed prices of £1.60 for a large milkshake and £1.80 for 2 cakes, but I ended up paying much more. The cakes were also disappointing, particularly the one shown in the picture which tasted stale and extremely dry, like chewing on sand. Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience.
This hidden gem of a cafe is a fantastic find. The coffee is top-notch, expertly made and the service is great. Despite visiting the retail park for 6 years, I only recently stumbled upon this little treasure. As a coffee lover, I can confidently say that this place serves some of the best coffee I have ever tasted.
The bacon sandwich at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The coffee is good, the prices are fair, and the service is friendly. I also tried the sausage sandwich and it was delicious.
Absolutely cracking bacon sandwich. Coffee is decent, pricing is keen and the service friendly.
Lovely coffee, always nice to sit outside when it's sunny
