Gut Hohenholz - Bedburg

The place itself is completely new. A modern designer hotel with a beautiful restaurant. Yupe, the cook held a Michelin star before he moved to Bedburg. The service is great, but the food is just a bit better than usual, it is not worth writing home. No wonder there was no star on this rest. But who knows if that could be better at some point. If someone is interested in what we have on Saturday night, pls take a look at Robert M's. The location is another minus point tho... Not even from Cologne!

We were four days and ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant every day. Breakfast was just as good as any hotel in Europe where I stayed. The diversity was excellent and the quality. The staff at the restaurant was very accommodating. Dinner was just as nice. One evening they offered a buffet that had a good choice of choices. We ordered three more nights in the menu. In any case, the meal was well prepared and delicious. Service was excellent. My wife has several food allergies, and the staff went beyond and beyond to receive them. We were very happy with EVERY food we ate here.

Surrounded by trees and fields, quiet, the area of the hotel is quite friendly. Large bathroom and white walls in the bedroom with terrace south. Great, but if you stay for dinner, you'll be disappointed. Very poor breakfast and an uninhabited night service...

Reichliches Angebot. Toller Service. Geschmacklich überragend gut. Gerne wieder. Tolle Ambiente. Gute Weinkarte.

Die einzelnen Speisen waren gut und schmackhaft. Besonders Fisch und Fleisch war hervorragend, die Beilagen ließen zu wünschen übrig. Preise leicht überhöht. Service gut.
