$5.40 for a cup of coffee, and they cudnt even get it right..smdh

Horribly managed.. out of many things, disorganized and slow and when drinks given are not what the customer ordered, they will not fix the order. I will check reviews for Starbucks while on the road now after our extremely poor experience here.

Does not use the app, very slow and uneqipped. I got a vanilla latte, 10 minutes later I get told there is no vanilla syrup. Ran out of vente cups?! Yes, please save yourself and go somewhere else. I feel bad for the employees but geez...paid for a venti pike place got a grande and I couldn't even drink my latte I paid over $9 for because it was horrible. Lesson learned I guess.

Well they couldn’t use any cards or apps from Starbucks. Coffee was good but annoying had to pay cash.

For the first time in my life, I received the nastiest drink that I paid close to $9 for. Ordered pumpkin cream cold foam with my drink. Watch as this girl tried to pour it into my drink, wouldn’t budge. She shook it, still nothing. Grabs a spoon that was just laying there and proceeds to scoop it out and still had the nerve to hand it to me. I asked if that was cold foam and she said “yes, it just sunk to the bottom.” Looks as if there was gobs of glue in my drink. I’m still mad at myself for not asking for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Was not how I wanted to spend my travel home.
