Cook Out - Beckley

Normally they never mess up our order, they're friendly their service is quick. However, the closing shift royally messed up my order today/night. First, they said they didn't have any okra, so I had to settle for different sides for my grilled chicken tray. I don't know how many nuggets are supposed to come as a side, but they gave 3 I figured there would at least be 4—5 they tasted amazing. The other side unfortunately, a bacon wrap, was disgusting. First time at this chain. Food was okay, service was good.

First time trying out Cook Out. Chicken fingers were juicy and tender. Sandwiches were excellent and a huge variety of shakes. Better than most fast food that I've had to date. A great vacation find.

Food is always good. Employees are nice and practice excellent customer service skills.

My son and I, have been working the Beckley area for several months. We have tried numerous restaurants and on the most part, have enjoyed all of them. We wanted something different and Cookout is different! The food was good and the drinks were plentiful. I was disappointed in that, the order taker, didn't ask what I wanted on my sandwich, such as toppings. It was plain, but I ate it, without complaining.
