Picked up a Thanksgiving feast. Was very good and pleased with all the food. Placed order online for curbside pickup, there on time but was overlooked and waited an hour, finally I did grab the attention of a very helpful young lady that was assisting another curbside customer and she promptly returned with my box of goods. What Tim Esh doesn't like about Bob Evans:
We came during a very busy lunchtime, and they seemed a bit understaffed. The staff were very friendly and even though it took awhile to get our food, it was delicious. The tables were clean but the floor was rather dirty in some places. View all feedback.
Ordered takeout. Staying at hotel next door. One set of flatware. One napkin, no spoon for soup, that was watered down. Mashed potatoes scraped from bottom of pan, brown on bottom. Missed one order of potatoes completely. This was for 2 people, that is why One set of cutlery and one napkin were important to note.

Waitress had a bad attitude. Had to ask for the rest of our order several times. Portions of our sides were ridiculously small. Worst Bob Evans we have ever eaten at!
Great food and the server was a real sweetheart. Great place to eat! If you can't decide what to order, get the Everything Breakfast.
