Subway - Becker
Subway
Description
Becker Subway presents a striking dichotomy between customer satisfaction and operational challenges. While many patrons praise the cleanliness, friendly staff, and high-quality sandwiches—particularly the Meatball Marinara and Subway Club—several reviews highlight significant issues. Complaints about inconsistent availability of ingredients, lackluster online orders, and unprofessional management practices detract from the experience. Although some describe welcoming service and a pleasant atmosphere, others recount dirty tables and delays during payment. Overall, while the food quality garners high marks, the inconsistency in service and management leaves room for improvement in this local eatery.

I worked here and it absolutely sucked. The owner isn't the nicest whatsoever. She takes you off the schedule solely for doing something so small. There is barely any communication between you and the owner. They will tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. I had my shifts I could've worked taken away without my knowledge. It's just simply not a good place to work in. If you are looking for a place to work DO NOT work here. As well as the workers they are extremely nice it's just the managers and everything that make it a horrible environment to work in.
Walked in the door at 9:03 pm. They were still making sandwiches for a customer. Was told they closed 3 minutes ago. Seriously? You couldn't make one more sandwich? I run a business just down the road from them. We always stay late for customers, sometimes up to an hour after we are supposed to be closed because that's good service and that's what happens in small towns. I thought our local Subway would have better service than this. I stop here about once every two weeks. I will no longer stop here. There are other choices in Becker. I try to to instill the lesson to all my staff that if you go out of the way to help someone you will probably earn a customer for life. Well, to the young ladies working tonight, you just lost a customer for life.
Going here is just not worth it. Over half of the time we go what we want is unavailable whether it be one of their staple sandwiches the meatball marinara or something like the type of bread we eat so then we end up spending money on something we weren 't craving. Kind of defeats the purpose of the subway have it your way
The food was great... after it took about 25 minutes to get. They had what it seemed like 4, 13 year olds working that did not know what they were doing.
