90 percent of the time I've been here when I finally move into the order, I'm asked to wait a minute to place my order and the buyer disappears for a few minutes before I return to take my order. Always a long wait. View all feedback.
They rarely get your order right. State order twice still comes out wrong. Donuts never taste fresh.
The drink on the right is from the Dunkin on route 100 in Fogelsville. My lattes look and taste just like an iced coffee. I went to another Dunkin and ordered the exact drink-iced latte with oatmilk. The one on the left is an actual latte while the right iswatered down coffee with a splash of oatmilk. Super annoying to be charged for a latte and given an iced coffee.
Ninety percent of the time I've visited, when I'm ready to place my order, I'm asked to wait a moment, and then the person taking orders disappears for several minutes before returning. There's always a long wait.
I ordered an iced latte, and the girl at the drive-thru repeated my order back to me three times, yet somehow she still entered it incorrectly and ended up giving me an iced coffee instead. To make matters worse, the coffee tasted stale.
The staff member was very patient and assisted my family in getting exactly what we wanted!
