Hebert Hotels - Bécancour

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The room was nice, functional, and impeccably clean. The restaurant and pub were excellent, and I would rate the service as five stars. Overall, I would give the rooms a five-star rating as well. The location is also perfect. Hotel highlights include its quiet atmosphere and great value.

The room was exactly what we needed for an unexpected overnight stay. However, I’m still waiting for them to send me an invoice via email, which they've corrected three times. The service claims to have a 24-hour reception, but that is not true. There was no one at the front desk, and even in the morning, I found no one around. I had to call the main hotel for assistance.

This is a fantastic place to stay for the night! The area is nice, the rooms are clean, and the prices are reasonable. I would have rated it 5 stars, but the smoke detector beeping every minute at 5 a.m. was a bit of an annoyance. Overall, I’d rate the rooms 4 stars, the service 5 stars, and the location 4 stars.

Stayed here while working at the Becancour Equestrian Centre. Rooms are clean and well appointed. There is a fridge and coffee maker in each room. Micro and toaster in the hallway. A kettle and Tea bags would be a nice addition for those tea drinkers like me! Easy access to Trois Riviers and just off the main highway but in a quaint rural village. Pub food available in adjacent bar. I recommend the Salade Italian
