West Coast Drinkery - Beaverton

I don't even know where to begin with this place! It was my first time visiting and I was completely impressed. 1. The beer selection and brews (as well as wine, cocktails, seltzers, and ciders) were outstanding. I'm usually not a fan of red ales, but I actually found one that I really enjoyed here! 2. The food was unbelievable! The thin crust pizza was the best I've ever had. We split the green goddess pizza between the two of us and it was delicious. 3. Unfortunately, halfway through our meal, the rest of our pizza fell on the floor. We each had half left and the server offered to bring us another pizza on the house as a holiday gift. I was so surprised and touched by their generosity. Such gestures are rare and we will definitely be coming back for dinner and drinks. The service was friendly, prompt, and the prices were fair.

This restaurant used to be our favorite spot for pizza and beer, but we haven't been back in a while due to having a 4-month-old baby. Our first attempt to return was on a hot day, with our baby strapped to us and our two Great Pyrenees. We arrived at 8:40, only to be told that they stop serving food at 8:30. There were no apologies and the staff didn't seem to care. We tried again and ordered a pepperoni pizza, but when we got home and opened the box, we found a burnt pizza. Needless to say, we won't be giving our business to the Drinkery anymore.

My boyfriend and me were looking for a pizza place and came across this one on google so we wanted to try it. He went in and got us a pizza and was talking with the owners, they make their dough and everything fresh and the way they cook pizza wasperfection it was crispy (which is my personal preference) and tasted so delightful! We have been searching for the absoluteperfect pizza spot for years and I feel like this is the one! Worth every penny! I would add a picture but I ate it all ????

The restaurant is clean with friendly service and a good selection of beers. I am deducting a star because I feel the prices do not reflect the quality of the food. I have not found another restaurant in the Portland area that charges over $30 for a 14-inch pizza and over $40 for an 18-inch pizza, even with increasing costs. I will say that the pizza has improved significantly over the years. I used to visit them once a month before the pandemic and the pizza was lacking. This was my first visit back in over a year and, although I was shocked by the prices (I used to pay $20 for a 14-inch pizza), I was pleasantly surprised by how much better the pizza tasted. However, I do not believe it is so much better that it justifies the 50% increase in price. There are better pizza options out there that are easy to find.

My friend and I were searching for a pizza place and found this one on Google. We decided to give it a try. My friend went in, ordered a pizza, and spoke to the owners. They make their dough and everything fresh, and their method of cooking pizza is perfect - crispy, just the way I like it. The pizza was absolutely delightful! We've been searching for the perfect pizza spot for years, and I feel like we finally found it! I would post a picture, but I couldn't resist eating everything!
