Sushi Chiyo - Beaverton

Every time I come it's worse and worse. I thought the appeal was the sushi train going by....but every time I come its usually about 3 different items spaced 10 feet apart. They are so understaffed that you can't get anyone to take an order....and when you do, it takes multiple reminders that it still hasn't arrived. And the prices have all gone up.

Bottom of the barrel for conveyor belt sushi experiences in the area. Just kind of unimpressive across the board. Came in at 7pm. While not a peak time, also not a wildly unusual dinner time, and the place was far from empty, but the belt was. Spent most of the time watching the same few dishes go by over and over, punctuated by long periods of a completely vacant belt — 40 minutes and not a single new dish was placed. It's really good. We live in Vancouver Washington and there is a sushi Chiyo by our house. But we drive down to this one. Much better service. Better atmosphere. The belt is open(closed in Vancouver WA location) and the wasabi is in a squeezed container. So, no concerns of other kids digging in the shared container.

Over priced IMHO. The track consisted mainly of the higher priced plates and had to ask for the lower priced plates. They need to offer the full menu for everyone.

10 minutes waiting says the staff, end up waiting 1 hour 15 min for some take out. they wanted to make sure it is fresh so they start fishing for fish in the ocean.
