I really had the hardest time with the fact that they have no ice machine!! I don't get it. I had to walk across the parking lot to find somewhere that had ice so I could fill my hydroflask. I must have ice in my water! Had to put my meal on hold to go get some.. this is a deal breaker for me.. no ice.. no business.. View all feedback.
I have attempted to order twice for our office for lunch meetings. Both times the order was accepted and 10mins before our order was going to be ordered, they cancelled our order. Our doordasher called me to inform me that Roxy's is no longer doing doordash. I hoped the restaurant would be professional enough to call me and inform me. So if you are hoping to order through doordash, DONT!

So I come here all the time because I live down the street. The food used to be good but they precook the chicken now. So it’s always cold/Luke warm when I get it. Today will be my last day. They charge .75 for a side of their orange sauce which is totally fine with me. Well I ordered it and thought I paid for it; so I nicely asked if I can get it bc it was missing from my order. Instead of nicely checking the order to see if I paid for it. The cook in the back and the staff up front start yelling, “it’s .75” and the whole time the cook is making gestures. I don’t understand the attitude and hostility over some sauce I had thought I already paid for. The manager ignored the whole situation. I was super nice and was already having a pretty rough day. I wanted to treat myself to make myself feel better. These people just defeated the whole purpose. Was it bc I tipped 25% instead of 30%? I wasn’t planning on eating there otherwise I would have tipped more. Thanks.
