I bought my granddaughter a strawberry boba, but when we were driving home, she noticed there were no boba pearls in her drink. We returned and got a replacement made correctly. The staff member was actually very nice about it, though.

Once, there were avocado pit and skin bits bl... read more I come here sometimes for their blended avocado. HOWEVER, the baristas are not careful with the blended beverages. Once, there were avocado pit and skin bits blended into the drink. It triggered me, but I thought it was just a bad day and brushed it off. TODAY, i found strings of green PLASTIC in my avocado smoothie. I suspect that it was from the mesh used to contain the actual fruit. I don't know how one could even *accidentally* drop it into the blender before blending it. It's crossed the line into becoming an actual health HAZARD. Very disappointed.. Drinks are very good for a standard boba spot but this was kind of a deal breaker.
