There were three employees on duty at the time, and the other two young men were also very friendly and quick with their service. Unfortunately, my favorite donut was sold out, but they were apologetic and offered alternatives. Overall, the service was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!

They got my order wrong and forgot to include my coffee, which can happen, so I didn’t think much of it at first. However, when I brought it to the attention of the woman at the drive-thru window, she tried to gaslight me by saying that I needed to order my coffee explicitly next time. To make matters worse, she charged me again for the coffee, which I went ahead and paid for. While I was waiting for my drink, she turned to her coworkers and started complaining about me, even pointing in my direction. When one of her coworkers asked if I still needed something, I explained that I was waiting for my coffee, and yet she was implying that I was being difficult. This behavior was completely unprofessional. This Tim's was once my preferred stop on my trips to and from the cottage, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back.
