They were short staffed, but the guy taking orders was quick, super friendly, and on point! I wished I had gotten his name! The food was correct, and it didn't take too long View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Long John Silver's:
from the kfc on door dash ordered. long john silver gave my dher a box of a single fishing meal instead of a bucket of kfc huhn with sides. when I returned my order, the load was closed. the binds said it was their only order, so I guess that didn't want to cook more chickens and threw what they had together. will not be ordered again from here. My experience at the drive-thru was fantastic. The man serving me was polite and pleasant, and the food was hot and fresh.
Ordered from the kfc on door dash. Long john silvers gave my dasher a box of a single fish meal instead of a bucket of kfc chicken with sides. By the time I recieved my order the store was closed. The dashe said it was their only order so I am guessing the didn't want to cook any more chicken and threw together what they had. Will not order from here again.
Long wait they prioritized the Doordash and grub hub orders over the people who were there ordering food first took over 40 mins for a small order and they didn't even get the order right only nice things I can says is cashier was nice and lobby was Clean they had several people standing around talking in the back and a person came to clock in and her friend came in and she made her friends food before the people who were waiting there 40+ mins and managers didn't say or do anything about it
Employees were watching the Bengals win their playoff to the Superbowl. They were screaming like they were in a sports bar when the Bengals won. In the short time it took them to prepare my 2 Fish and More to go order. I heard the F word from the employees 4 times! When I told the cashier that I could hear their profanities he said That 's not profanity it 's just workplace fun. And to top that off they failed to give me the extra crumbles that I requested for each of the Fish and More 's I ordered.
Sarah and Robert provided excellent service for us today at 6:30 PM. They made sure we had all the sauces we needed and were very polite and helpful. We were staying at a nearby hotel to let the kids swim, and they made sure we had plates and everything we needed. This was the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Thank you both so much! If I could rate them 100/100, I would. The food was also hot and delicious.
