Ben was an excellent server, we were all pleased! He kept our glasses full and gave plenty of time between the courses.

The steak was terrible they didn’t ask if we wanted them to cook it or cook it ourselves and the tea wasn’t sweet at all I ask was the shrimp big he said yes it wasn’t .I ask for sauce he never came back with it the green beans had no seasoning and was hard mash potatoes dry no butter we paid a lot for the meal there was no steak knife to cut the steak just a hot mess I said I could of got some rocks and left my food outside to cook let the sun cook it for the service was terrible

Our steaks were absolutely mouth watering! We love it there. The service is not great but they do take call ahead seating. Its pretty smoky in there sometimes. Our hostess dropped off menus and silverware all in a stack and didn’teven bother handing them to our group. Our waiternever offered drink refills. But yet they expect a 20 percent tip. The value for food is great but the service is not worth 20percent.

Alex provided excellent service, she didn’t rush the courses, she waited until we were done until bringing the next food

Very slow service but waitress was pleasant. Probably had too many tables. Noisy, greasy everything from the “rock”, 33$ ribeye was thin, and made everyone smell like we had been at Ponderosa. Very awkward to eat from the cooking stone plate. Burger was fine, big salad was OK, just not for us I guess.
