What Michael Cooper doesn't like about Beaver-vu Bowl:
Got there at 8:45, was told to wait until 9. Went back at 9 and the first comment from manager Brian was “you guys are not here to bowl are you?” We took it as a joke then we’re told we can’t bowl when they close an hour later. He then asked if I was staring him down when I asked what his name was. Was told not to come back. All around worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I don’t leave many reviews but th... The facility features 64 lanes that are in excellent condition, and it is very clean. The pro shop is impressive, and the owner was very helpful. I will definitely be coming back soon!
Fantastic atmosphere, delicious pizza, tidy, bustling, and a great value for your money. This is the best bowling alley in the area!
I arrived at the restaurant at 8:45 and was asked to wait until 9:00. When I returned at 9, the first comment from the manager, Brian, was, “You guys aren’t here to bowl, are you?” We took it as a joke, but then we were informed that we couldn't bowl since they were closing in an hour. When I inquired about his name, Brian asked if I was “staring him down.” To top it off, he told us not to come back. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so troubling that I felt compelled to share it.
Fun place! Good food. The lady that runs the bar is fantastic!
Nicest bowling alley in the region, by far! Always clean, great location and lots of parking.
