The service was decent, but considering our platinum status, we didn’t necessarily feel treated as such. On the bright side, they did pause operations for us, so I’ll give them 2 stars for service. Overall, it’s about what you’d expect from a typical visit to this establishment.

We were traveling and wanted to make a quick stop for food. After a 30 minute wait, an employee asked for our order number, and we found out our food order had been lost. The staff told us that we would have to wait another 10-15 minutes because there were orders above ours even though we had ordered first, and the order loss was not our fault. When we proceeded to get a refund we lost money due to a computer error.

We get to Wendy's and both doors are locked. Everyone thought that they were broke. Because tons of people wereinside. After we finally got in I over heard an employee telling what I'm guessing was the manager that he locked the doorsbecause they got to busy. Bathrooms were a mess no.paper towels. One stall not working. Food was ok. Thankfully. But we willnever be back

It was the dirtiest fast food place i think i?ve everseen. On top of all of that, the workers have long hair and none of them had their hair tied back!!! Not only was the lobbynasty, the bathroom was also terrible. The trash again, was over filled and the floors were so gross. Don?t recommend even ifthey are the only fast food place you see while on a road trip, keep driving to the next town!
