Servers don't have a beer list and don't know what they have in stock,, which makes it difficult to order. Food is ok, ordered the jerk chicken wrap, what came out was a grilled chicken wrap. Not sure if they forgot the seasoning or what, but not what I was expecting.

Our app... read more I went to Kelly's for the first time tonight and was hoping for a beach vibe in Beaver County. However, my experience was disappointing in many aspects. Our appetizer was subpar, with lukewarm crab dip and stale chips. The waiter did not offer to replace them, which was frustrating. My $17 salad was mediocre, and my husband's Cod platter was mostly breading. The prices did not match the quality of the food. Service was slow, and it took 20 minutes to get a Diet Coke. The online menu did not match the in-house menu, which felt deceptive. Overall, I will not be returning to Kelly's and wish I could get a refund for my unsatisfactory meal.
