What User doesn't like about Subway:
We visited this restaurant on a Friday afternoon only to find it unexpectedly closed, despite having placed and paid for our sandwich order through the subway app. When we arrived to pick up our food, there was a paper sign on the door indicating they were closed. I wanted to address this directly to the owner, rather than sharing it publicly. We visited the Subway in the Chippewa Shopping Center, located next to a rehabilitation center, and upon entering, we noticed an older woman with a bag of sandwiches who wasn't wearing a mask. Behind the sandwich-making area, there was a young woman with her mask only partially covering her face—mainly covering her mouth but not her nose. To her left, another young woman was standing by the register without a mask. When I inquired about her mask, she asked if she should be wearing one. We decided to leave. On our way out, we saw no signage indicating that masks were required, even though that day reported the highest COVID-19 infection rates in Pennsylvania. It's disappointing for the franchise owner to see such a lack of mask enforcement.

The manager did not apologize and refused to honor our order or issue a refund. This situation seems quite unfair and possibly illegal.
This is my second visit to this Subway, and once again, they were closed. The website states that they're open, but there was no one there.
This restaurant is permanently closed and has been for some time. They should update their hours accordingly and ensure that no prepaid phone or app orders are accepted.
I would rate it half a star if I could. Let me explain: their website stated they were open until 9 PM on a Thursday, but when I arrived at 6:45 PM, they were closed. This is the third time I've gone there during their posted hours and found them shut. I'm done trying to order from this particular Subway since their hours seem unpredictable every day. The food might be good, but I guess I'll never find out.
