A definite dive bar, and I use that term in a positive way. We stopped in on a whim for a bite to eat. The food was really tasty and portions were on the large side. Beer was cold and the service was great. We got the meatball hoagie and a BLT Pittsburgh style. Their coleslaw was really good too. I do forget that you can smoke in establishments inPA, kind of a bummer. View all feedback.

I did not eat here so I can't leave a fair review. If you don't like cigarette smoke you won't like this bar. We left because it was so smokey and all I could smell was cigarette smoke for hours. View all feedback.
I’ve never once had bad food here. It gets a little urban at night and that can be fun too, usually somebody decides I’m a cop and leaves immediately. It helps to run into another bf grad who can vouch for me hahaha
Very good Pittsburgh Sandwich! Got the steak! Will return for sure but will get takeout. Not a fan of the smoking inside.
