I love Subway, the workers are very nice. I can ask them to make my sandwich a certain way and they will with no hesitation. I ordered a steak and cheese and she started to put the steak on the sandwich cold, because she probably thought the whole sandwich would be toasted. The worst subway around the xl or pro sandwiches are the same size as there regular ones they don't want to give you any extra topping and there extra meat is half of any other place they will say mangers it cost them money so I won't be going back ever
Outstanding Blackforrest ham sandwich made, good service...
Ordered online for pick up. Got 2 no bread bowls, I don't know the standard amount of ingredients to be in the bowls, but it was a dismal amount compared to other locations. See the picture. Not even half a bowl. I had no interaction with staff, just picked up and left.
If I could give no stars I would, after speaking with someone whom same as implied that I was being less than honest when I explained that the sandwich I was brought yesterday had only tomatoes and black olives. After I ask for several more vegetables on it. Then bc it was the next day when I called she thought I was after more of her sandwiches, I was not!The reason I waited was the lady who ordered and picked them up didn't want to say anything bc we made adjustments and managed to make something we could eat out of them. And she knows the owner or manager or something. Well it sure didn't help her with good foodBut finally after speaking with her aunt today who was with her and ordered 3 and got home home with only 2.She decided I should call the manager. So I did!A misunderstanding or short staff or bad day even is one thing, but the manager/owner being defensive and implying that I'm lying about poor quality bc I waited til the next day, we live on the Butler County line and are all elderly so we are not gonna drive back down there for 2 more footlong subway sandwiches that should have been right the first time.So we will not be giving our money to this Subway shop bchow can we expect anyone else to do the sandwich like we ask them to be, when the management doesn't care.I thought for the sake of the shop someone might want to know!But oh well!We buy a footlong so we eat on it more than just that night, and when I called we still had over half of them left.But she didn't want to hear any of it!
