Burger King - Beaver Dam

Food is always hot and tasty. Sometimes it takes a little longer, but the food is fresh!

Remember when Burger King was good? I do! This place is not! Cold fries, long wait, can't get an order right. Save yourself the problem and choose starvation instead!

I've given them the benefit of my doubt numerous times. The final straw that broke the camel's back was I go through drive through and they are rushed to get you through, which fine, whatever it's supposed to be fast food, but i get to the window and ask to add something and they tell me I can't, I would have to go back through the drive through. That's before I even paid. I then get my food, all stuffed into one bag, to the point where it doesn't close and won't stand upright. I had to try to prop it up so my food isn't dumped everywhere while driving. Not amused

Stopped today had double Whopper deal for $3. I used the app to get that price. For the place that used to advertise having it your way, the app only lets you add or remove me way to make it light or heavy. The seating area was pretty clean but the 1 1/2 hours I was there no one cleaned tables.

Very slow service, no one knows what their doing. The managers are just standing there half the time looking around. Kind of a joke here... You would think that either they have employees from another burger King come here to train or have a better training program. Dirty tables, dirty floors, and windows. The only thing I liked was the new order menus outside. Otherwise they are expensive and not worth the time or money.
