On our way home we stayed at the premiere classe hotel in beaune, which does not provide meals. therefore we went to the kyriad on the opposite side of the road. the food was good, but the wine wasn't on our taste. we immediately told the chef that we thought the wee was a disappointment. it costs 20 euro for 50 cl....we had much better wee the three weeks passed for less money. the biggest disappointment was the cook itself. we didn't drink that wee, but he still accused us of the full amount. he said he was sorry, but the wee was completely in order for he could not make any gestures. now we are not fluent in French and he hardly spoke English, that did not help much. we paid the bill and went, never back. and for the wein: do not order, especially not de hautes côtes de beaune 2008 sell them.
Of the 7 people who have ordered food on our table, only 2 of them received a decent meal. 3 of us chose a menu containing a steak tartare du tomate et basilic. the steaktare was pure groundbeef, no. seasonal, pickles, etc. the tortare du tomate et basilic was a sliced tomaten, even without any type of additional aromen: definitiw not the type as a tomatentar should be. the dessert for this menu was a kind of apricot cake that was significantly heated in the microwave, making it very sponge and abused. 1 of us commanded the laugh that was cold when she received him. she told the waitress that the salmon was cold, so the plate was brought into the kitchen. when the waitress came back, not only the laughter, but the whole plate was really hot: the whole meal had also been significantly heated in the microwave. the last girl on our table ordered the pavé de boeuf, which was actually quite good. However, she had to wait 30 minutes, even if we had all our dishes and when she finally got her food, her fries were still half frozen. we had so many disappointments that we had to say the expected staff at leaving. we explained that the service was nice, but eating was just terrible. the chef came to see us and did not want to understand our side of the story. actually she got angry at us and told us we were wrong. it is a pity for the friendly waitresses, but I would never recommend this restaurant to everyone, it is really a waste of their money.
Looking for the whole breakfast for a family of 14. this place has saved us. it was shortly after they had packed it all away, so true customer service! and the breakfast was also nice. restaurant was clean. if the hotel is the same as the rest. I would certainly recommend it. Thank you.
We wanted someplace in the center of town, not too far from anywhere, close to food and drink and things to see.
