This is a quite tr... read more We've been coming here for leisurely, refined cups of tea or coffee and snacks for so many years that our feet instinctively walk towards it. This is a quite traditional place, with staff who seem to have been serving us since we were first married thirty odd years ago. Serving quite wonderful cakes, gougeres to die for, sundaes that are beyond description... there's more space than first meets the eye (look upstairs) and you can rely on not just anything you choose but on the unfailing courtesy of the staff. Ask their advice if you're unsure. Put yourself in their hands! Like the cafe at Fortnum and Mason ought to be...... Note: A coupe de Hautes Cotes was the perfect refresher last week in thirty degree bustly, busy Beaune. Six out of five for that alone.

After having tasted their gougères, pie in the county, paste and sacristans, I regularly take my cakes in individual or for an event (anniversaries, Christmas, Easter, communions... . We are always delighted with the quality of production and raw materials used of high quality. Moreover, I am always well received and really advised, whether for us or to offer (sick bosses we are never disappointed. And yesterday, I was happy to taste a cup of ice in the family, and there I loved the original perfumes of their homemade ice creams (the house of course and I was pleasantly surprised by the cola ordered by my boys, which turned out to be a local cola, and super good. In short, thank you very much Passion Millot to enchant us and surprise us at each of our visits. It is so pleasant to find in our small towns a craftsmanship and know-how of this quality, bravo to the whole team. See you.
