We booked for Thursday 29 December at 7:30 pm, for two people, one week in advance. We arrived in time and found the restaurant closed. No one was answering the phone. The next day, I recalled and replied that they had no reservation at that date and that I had to be mistaken: impossible because that date had not been randomly chosen.
