I received the wrong order, and it felt like they just gave me whatever they wanted. I won't be returning to this place. Save your time and avoid it.
I had a fantastic experience at Wingstop. The restaurant had a vibrant atmosphere, and the food was outstanding. Lemon pepper wings all the way!!!
I've been to various Wingstop locations, and this one is consistent with what I've experienced before. The staff were welcoming and responsive, and the chicken was just as I expected. This time, I opted for the Cajun Rub; I usually prefer flavors like Parmesan Butter or grilled. However, I think the Cajun Rub could be my new favorite since it's not greasy, and I didn't find a pool of butter at the bottom of the container. Does that make it healthier? Haha!
This is the third time Wingstop has messed up my order. Despite ordering online before arriving, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Almost all the staff showed unnecessary attitude and barely spoke to me when giving me my food. I left without receiving any of the ranch dressing I paid for. I won’t be coming back.
Arriving in Beaumont around 10 PM from Louisiana, we stayed at a hotel just 3 minutes away, and Wingstop delivered right to our room. The food was excellent!
