The latter results in clumpy noodles that are difficult to break apart with chopsticks, which is precisely what I encountered in my bowl. Overall, the restaurant seemed quite stingy and lacking in effort, likely relying on the fact that their customers may not have a clear idea of what genuine Vietnamese food should be like. While they never claimed to offer authentic cuisine, they would benefit from investing more of their budget into the food rather than the décor.

Service was excellent during our dinner. Overall, I rate the food, service, and atmosphere at 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Hot Mess Fries and the Vegan Pho!
