A bit out of the way being across from the mall but easy to get to nevertheless. Very cheerful waitstaff that keep busy cleaning, brought drinks and food to the table, and checked if we needed anything else. Food was uniquely perfect being steak instead of hamburger. Not greasy or overdone with additional condiments. Fries are smaller in size than most places but plentiful and golden brown with a crisp texture. Recom... View all feedback.

the garlauchburger tasted good but my fries had no spice nor salt on them only blande! So I asked about the season that normally put on their pommes and the cashier said they no longer put it on the pommes they need to buy the season! but my man just seems to see a bottle of season on a table almost empty! I got it to get my Bland ferry. my shake wasn't good either! I had to pay extra to try it right. we will only be... View all feedback.
The burger I ordered was quite small, but it tasted okay. However, the meat patty was thinner than a McDonald's patty and the circumference was smaller than basic fast food burgers. The fries in the picture were not what we received - they were the thinnest fries I've ever seen. They weren't terrible, but I've definitely had better fries before. My husband's burger sandwich on regular bread was terrible. One side was burnt and hard, while the other side was barely cooked. He didn't tell me until after he had almost finished, knowing that I would have sent it back. After he finished, he said it was the worst burger he had ever had. To top it off, when I asked where the restroom was, I was told there was no public restroom available for customers. This was shocking to me, as typically establishments serving food and beverages are required to have a restroom available. How can a sit-down restaurant not offer a restroom to their customers? Overall, the food was bad and the service was even worse. There is no reason for us to ever return to this restaurant.
This burger joint in Beaumont is setting the new standard for burgers in town. While there may be a longer wait at the drive-thru compared to other fast food restaurants, it's worth it because the food is made fresh to order. I tried the garlic bacon single burger with a large fry and a diet cola, and I was impressed. The burger was made with a hot and fresh ground chuck patty, and the fries were thin and crispy. All of this cost me just under ten dollars, which is a steal compared to other chains. Located in the heart of the business district, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. If you don't mind waiting a bit longer for your food, you'll be happy and satisfied just like I was. I give it five stars.
Ordered 5 meals and 5 shakes. Burgers were good size, along with a good amount of shoestring style fries. I got the peppermint chocolate chip shake. Loved it. Over all a great experience.
Coming from Florida where Steak -n- Shake is a HUGE go to place...this one sure kept up! Facility was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks for making it a great experience. Great food for the best prices. Fed 3 people full meals for $15 you just can't beat it!
Waited and waited in the drive through line. Really wanted one of their great shakes. Only 2 cars in front of us. First, we waited 10 minutes. When we pulled up, they said, hold on a minute so we waited. After ANOTHER 10 minutes, with us asking, is anyone there? We left. Such a shame! We may try again another day. We do love their shakes. Come on, and communicate, workers!
