This Starbucks location is amazing! I was here to do some paperwork that I have to give to the county and needed a good head space. This location is tiny but mighty. They always do their best to maintain order when schools get dismissed. They are patient with kids that try to wreak havoc but patiently talk to them or ask them to leave. There was a misunderstanding and I meant to order 2 matchas but Angeleena, who took my order, misunderstood me and charged me for 3. After receiving 3 drinks and realizing I paid for 3, I went back to give the other drink back and ask for a refund and I wasn’t upset at all it’s wasn’t a big deal to me but Angeleena was sooooo mean she gave me anxiety and I was literally shaking because of the way she was talking to me. Another girl took over and she was really nice but I didn’t get her name and she ended up giving me a refund and the drink for free.
I try not to come here because whether it be morning or evening, I usually never get my drinks on time. Today, I waited over 20 minutes after pick up time for my drink. Other times, I've waited about 30 and just asked my drink to be cancelled because I needed to go and didn't have time to wait any longer.
The drinks taste great, but they take forever to make the drinks. Expect to wait 30-45 min for your drink even though the estimate says 10-15 min.
Today re'd coffee w/o my lemon loaf. After getting attention of the barista, instead of handing me a lemon loaf, she told me I'd have to wait. After around 20 more minutes, I asked about it again. She suggested I take a cake with another person's name on it. When I said I don't want to take someone else's order, she rolled her eyes. Later, the casher handed me a pumpkin loaf and apologized. Didn't realize the order was wrong until I got home. The worst part about this StartBucks is that a couple months ago, someone who behaved like the owner, hugged one customer after another no concern about germs or respect for boundaries. I told myself then that I'd stop going there. With this review, I'm more likely to stick to the plan.
Visiting around this area my lady cashier wasn't paying attention when I was paying... that's all I'm going to say... rude didn't even say sorry for rushing my payment.Glad I'm not going back here
