Speedy Stop - Beaumont

I have been trying to get in touch with KIM for over 2 weeks now. My issue is with the car wash. My SUV went in with no cracks but came out with a 4 windshield crack. It has only grown bigger with the heat and no communication from Kim or the car washsupervisor. The carwash supervisor told me that Kim was a bit behind so I've been patient but to not hear the slightest peepfrom anyone?? I have left numerous voicemails and nothing. I have called at all times of day and nothing. I even left specifictimes of when I'll be available to talk and nothing. I just called now and nothing (6/24/19 9:39am). I feel I am being screenedand ignored. It's a shame that I have to resort to this but I'm getting NOTHING here and it's been over 2 weeks. If the employeeis out of office for some reason, then I would assume someone else is filling in. But to not hear anything for 2-3 weeks makesme think otherwise and it's no way to treat a customer.

This is Your best stop in Beaumont. It's open 24/7. During the day you can get your car washed vacuum it out. They have a Subway 24/7. The cleanest Bathrooms in town. The Nicest People working day nite. They even have that thing we needed atChristmas time , Mom forgot. The Best Speedy Stop in Town !!

I really love this place! One time, I accidentally left my wallet in the restroom, and an employee reached out to me on Facebook to return it. Such great service!

This place is impressive! The bathrooms are extremely clean, well-stocked with paper for drying hands, and spacious with hooks for your purse. There's a great selection in the store, including fresh fruit. Jasmine and Courtney assisted me at checkout and were both friendly and personable. I'll definitely stop by the next time I'm in town!

The men's restroom was not well maintained, with litter on the floor and dirty urinals that attracted flies. The strong odor was also quite unpleasant.
