I moved to this Sonic to order a milkshake for my daughter. I pushed the red button so that someone takes my order. I waited five minutes. Nobody helped me. I pushed the red button back. I waited five minutes and nobody helped me. Not even to let me know they're with me as soon as they could. I just ran away. View all feedback.
My first time had made the stalks, they ended my order by actually finishing my order. over heard another customer complain because they waited for 20min on another hand. so they went into order, the manager? nicolette refused to order there. So they left, we waited 15min for order and 25 minutes to get our order. was the bad experience ever. was just trying to have a successful family day with sleep / ice. I asked the server for company number and the manager? when she identified, was rude to the server when he asked for the number in my name. my sister who was with me heard she was rude to the server and told her, my sister who asked. ? she rolled her eyes and completely d a job to another stall. I went in and asked for her name and to write it up. the server went, and they get a wait, I can hear that he complains. I asked her for her name. she refused to throw me out in the load. with such an adjustment, it does not have to be on the floor. it must be removed and retrained on customer service and management skills. if she can't successfully plan correctly when someone has to look wrong. being inattentive to customers and taking them on their employees is not necessary.

Tried Sonic on a trip. Beaumont CA. My friend rarte about her food and her shakes and that her kind of ascent was really fun. I wasn't impressed. We ordered and paid separately. After my friend had ordered, they asked me to wait 7 minutes later. I went inside to place my order. When I let the woman know that I waited long to place my order, she rolled her eyes. I ordered a hot dog with feet and a shake. When the food was delivered to the car about 20 minutes later, my hot dog was cold. The feet were tasteless and not hot. But the shake was good, it was the only redemption at this Sonic plus the relatively low price for my meal combo. I should probably have ordered one of their hamburgers for what they are known for. The order of my friend was also messed up and she had to go in and they did it after pressing the button to let them know that the order was wrong the person at the other end was not helpful. Lousy customer service. This is my first time at a Sonic and unless it was the only place to get food, I would probably not go back.

Understaffed, but they were doing a really good job. The manager Estevan handled a very rude and irritated Door Dasher professionally and patiently. Despite being yelled at and verbally insulted. He eventually apologized but the second time she insulted and yelled, he told her to leave and that he would discontinue Doordash for the day. He handled the situation with grace but firmly maintained his professional composure. Our food took a little longer, but he checked in on us to reassure our order was progressing. Kudos to those that show up despite a bunch of potential workers not showing up for interviews.
