"The experience was generally positive with good food and acceptable service. I had a bit of a frustrating time while trying to purchase some electronic items, like cable chargers. There was a significant renovation that took place a few years ago, and the manager was quite helpful during that time, despite my frustrations. I feel like I may have unfairly criticized them, and I appreciate their efforts. Additionally, there are new truck stops popping up in the area, which is convenient."

I submitted a simple request to the staff, but it turned into a whole ordeal. I sensed a discriminatory attitude; they seem to treat Black customers differently. There are video recordings from the time of my visit that can back this up. As entrepreneurs running a knowledgeable and profitable business, they need to reconsider the role of their front desk representative. I really hope they take this feedback seriously.

After a long bike ride in nearly 100-degree heat, I was thrilled to find cold Gatorade at this place. That was definitely a highlight!

Half the bathroom stalls were closed and the other half appeared to have not been cleaned in a week. At least the coffee was okay.
