This restaurant is very busy, possibly because it is the only Boba shop around. I have been to other Boba places before and thought they were just okay, but the drinks here were good and the service was quick. No complaints from me. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sharetea:
The reviews here are a bit harsh. I think they learned from the soft opening because when I went everything was really good. The boba could be fresher but not bad enough to give a bad review. I tried the classic coffee milk tea with boba and taro with pudding. Loved them both. Will definitely be back again View all feedback.
The tee tastes great \nthe music is too loud, they can't hear their number when they call out. I was the only person in this facility and the dame could say that her order is ready. Instead, she simply put the drinks on the table without recognizing my gifts as the only customer. I will return, although I feel that the employees need customer service training.
Honestly an amazing establishment. Very nice staff as well as fast workers under the circumstances of it being a new spot and is very busy most days. When i go with my family, it is usually on week days so it isn’t as busy. The drinks are amazing
Usually pretty busy (which is a good sign) but never really have to wait too long. Employees are friendly and drinks are always delicious
Awesome new local boba place! Staff is nice and yummy drinks. Would recommend the fruit teas if you want something refreshing
Whenever i go to Sharetea i have a great experience. Usually on weekends it’s busy, but never a super long wait. Just from reading some of these reviews, people need to be more understanding and kind to staff.
