Panera Bread - Beaumont

I ordered natural burgers, the parmesan grilled cheese, an egg and bacon breakfast sandwich, fries, fried zucchini, and chocolate shakes. All the items were made to order and still warm (except for the shake) after a 10-minute drive. They always provide plenty of sauces without needing to ask. While it might take a bit longer to get your order, the quality of the food makes it worthwhile. I highly recommend trying the natural burger, which features higher quality beef, and the fried zucchini—you get an entire zucchini with each order! The staff is friendly and hardworking; I often see the manager helping out with orders. The food here is fresher than many nearby fast food places, making it worth the extra time and expense. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over three years now.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant with no complaints at all. The staff were wonderful, and the food was excellent—some of the best fries I've ever had! The chili fries were especially delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

The ingredients are always fresh, and the staff is friendly with consistently delicious food. I enjoy having breakfast here in the mornings. The app allows you to accumulate points for rewards and provides enticing offers to encourage your return. It’s never too crowded when I dine here, and I'm not sure why it isn’t busier.

I recently visited Panera for the first time, and I had a wonderful experience. I was a bit anxious since I wasn't familiar with how things operated there, aside from what some family and friends had shared. However, I ended up having a great time enjoying delicious food and receiving kind assistance from two women with pink hair. I'm especially grateful for their help with connecting to the internet. I will definitely be returning soon!

I recently placed a mobile order for a pastry and arrived at the store about 15 minutes later, around 3 PM, to pick it up. Despite seeing five employees, no one came to assist me at the ordering counter. There was a sign indicating that mobile orders should go to the counter. I noticed a woman with short red hair talking to someone in the back and called out to her several times, only for her to walk out of my sight without acknowledging me. The customer service here is incredibly poor, and I’ve found the overall experience very frustrating. The tables and floors are consistently dirty as well.
