This place is small but the flavors are large! Great tamales! The major downside is that the size of their tamales for the price is not good, they pretty small as can be seen in image. The restaurant is casual and great for small family or friends. The restaurant is small so seating is very limited, takeout is probably best here for more than a couple people per table. What Chris A doesn't like about Marisela's Tamales:
Food is good but they are never open at 9 when the business hours say they are. Countless mornings I've been disappointed hoping to have tamales or breakfast tacos for work. View all feedback.

Great tamales! Fast service. We got 2 dozen tamales with red sauce. Reccomend if you need your tamale fix!

Service was good, did not have to wait long. Was almost $20 for a dozen tamales so definitely not the cheapest place to eat. The price wouldn't have bothered me because a good tamale is worth it, but these aren't them. The pork and beef tamales I got were bland, definitely expected some spice at least.
I have been wanting to try Marisela's since it opened. It is very clean and the service is outstanding. It might sound funny but to me the quality of the beans and rice speaks to the quality of the restaurant and here both are excellent. As far as the tamales, I'll keep it simple. They are the best I have ever had.
