Logan's Roadhouse - Beaumont

Rolls were delicious. Cheeseburger was well done, ribeye was very rare (supposed to be med rare) and my chicken salad tasted like salmon as did the burger. They need to clean their grills!! Thank God we were starving! Told waitress and nothing was done. Items were left out of salad and kept running out of drinks as well. For almost $80 for 3 people, I expect more. Very disappointing.

Easily the hardest ribs I've ever had in my life. Taste was good but they were not cooked correctly. Servers were everywhere and nowhere at the same time. The most expensive meal I've had since moving to Texas and I frequently go out and eat rib dinners. I will say that the rolls were good. Fries were fine. My wife's meal came out wrong. Table was sticky. 4 dollars for a soda is insanity.Not worth it in my opinion. Won't be going back.Parking: Adequate parking.

Customer service was great.. we were greeted upon entering .. our waitress was very nice and accommodating.. the food however was not good at all.. we had a part of 16 and nobody likes there food… the sides were eatable…. but the meats were horrible . The best part of the meal were our rolls

Haven't been to this location in probably 8 years. Decided to give it another shot... slightly let down by not having the two dishes I wanted. So I switched and went with just a steak and fries. The steak was very good this time, as were the fries. And the service was great too. Dont think I'll wait another 8 years before returning.

Overall, I really like Logan 's. But the problem this time was simple. I got a 'hamburger ' patty for a hamburger steak. Very disappointed this time. On the bright side. The staff was awesome!!
