What User doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
the jack in the box on the 11th street was bad. I had ordered a number 4 and egg rolls. He didn't tell me how much it was. wing to the window. the price was $114 and some change. I told the man to take away the egg rolls. That's what he did, so my bill was $8 and some change. I guess if I have to work anyway. in the big bag. there were no fries and they gave me the wrong burger. I couldn't get back to the restaurant.... View all feedback.
I absolutely love the tacos at this restaurant. The management is fantastic, and I come here at least three times a week. The service is always outstanding. I want to give a shoutout to Mark and Sean for their great work. I'll definitely be coming back soon.
The food was prepared for my expectations and was what seemed fresh... Definitely will go again as Orange no longer has a Jack in the box
It was fast service and hot fresh food! The lady had upset me for the wrong product and I had to return to give it back. The manager made it right and gave me a free product to come back!
I was skeptical to go there to 3 I had bad experiences before in other places this time my experience was great the employee Micah was very helpful she got my order right and he was very friendly and helpful he went beyond and beyond they were out of sketch-up packages, so the employee had some ketchup, in some plastic containers for me overall good experience eating was also good.
The two for $6 breakfast sandwiches was small and not very much inside. The employees was not professional. They didn't portray to be interested in my business. I was given cheap service, because I just brought two sandwiches only.
