They forgot 2 bags of chips with our order that was delivered and blamed it on delivery service and said what 's the big deal ?, It 's just chips and hung up on us. This was the owner by the one who did this by the way! Rude and will not get anymore of our money for sure! View all feedback.
The phone isn’t answered during lunch time. It actually goes to an answering machine that says leave a message and we will call you back??? All new people in there. Gumbo had chicken skin floating and the ham in the salad was full of fat. Huge decline in food quality. Not sure if it has been sold or what.
Ordered a Ham and Turkey and it was so delicious! The Turkey was moist and cooked to perfection!
Order was wrong called back to let the manager and owner know NOTHING WAS DONE TO ACCOMMODATE CUSTOMER!!! I WILL LET others be aware!!!
I purchased their Spiral Cut Honey Ham for Christmas and have done so for at least 15 years now. This was very disappointing, it was just par to being just alright. This happened for the first time during our Covid Christmas meaning we bought a large Ham had to eat it by ourselves unfortunately no taste)....
