Green Light Americana - Beaumont

This restaurant is a fantastic addition to Beaumont. With its modern decor and welcoming staff, it offers a unique culinary experience unlike any other in the area. While the atmosphere is laid-back, the food is anything but ordinary. The chef expertly blends different flavors in each dish, creating standout flavors that are sure to impress.

The restaurant offers a unique twist on the traditional Taco salad. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, including tasty guacamole. The dish was beautifully presented. This new restaurant is sure to be a hit in Beaumont. Some friends tried a special off-menu item called the Mulligan - a grilled salmon dish with delicious potatoes that looked amazing.

A friend and I ate here on a weekday around 12:30 and almost had the place to ourselves. It’s a beautiful restaurant with nice decor and a nice outdoor seating area. The service was prompt and food was delicious. I tried the Korean beef nachos and brisket burger, both of which were excellent. I definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to go back again soon.

Try the shrimp corn dogs! They are beautifully presented with a carrot slaw and honey drizzle. Excellent! The Korean nachos were good, but a little too salty (I would probably order again and ask for less salt). The chef is very nice and wait staff are very efficient and accommodating. My husband’s steak was too rare and they quickly made him a new steak (cooked to perfection) and gave us a dessert on the house. We bring our child with us usually, but this is a really cute date spot. The ambiance is nice. It’s very modern. Everything is prepared fresh. You can also have some really nice conversation here because it’s not too loud.

This restaurant is fantastic. We have visited three times and each time we try something different. Everything we have tasted has been delicious. One standout dish is the goat cheese cake - it is a must try! I hope this restaurant remains open for a long time.
