Firehouse Subs Beaumont Marketplace

(Beaumont/Firehouse) The girl comes by after I made a sub, NOT took her gloves, rings my order and wipes her fingers on her ribbed nose then on her side, still NOT clean gloves on, I ordered the kids meal without the fire hat, 20 minutes to make, 2 orders to go, OHNE dirty gloves for her order, I started to make my car, still pure gloves, now she puts the whole meat away Seems to clean up Kovid cleanliness is no longer an option....

Not impressed by what we received vs what we paid. I think they're too expensive. $5 for an 8 ounce size part of Mac n cheese. $14 for a foot length with not much meat compared to local competitors.

Eaten here at least a dozen times over the last year and every time is great. The staff here are fantastic! The few times that my order was made incorrectly, they immediately fixed it and made certain I was comp'ed for for my trouble. Everything here is clean and it's a great spot to enjoy your food.

I had food poisoning from this place and now my stomach cannot keep food down. These people must've mishandled my food from the previous review. I HAD THIS DELIVERED and I can't believe people are so careless with other people's food.....not washing hands and not using clean gloves. COVID IS STILL AROUND INCLUDING GERMS!!!

My wife and I visited for our first experience, and we were quite disappointed. Both of our subs were missing bacon, mine had onions that I didn’t request, and my wife’s had a pimple (we're assuming you meant 'pickle') that she didn’t ask for. While the subs themselves weren’t terrible, we felt that the overall professionalism and cleanliness could use some improvement.
