Crustaceans Boil House - Beaumont

This is a cozy restaurant with an extensive menu. When I visited, the manager warmly welcomed me and took the time to explain the offerings. Since I was on a tight budget, I ordered the rubber train dish with a touch of sharpness. It was surprisingly delicious and perfectly seasoned. During a quieter moment, the manager sat down to chat with me—he's a very knowledgeable guy. The food was fantastic, and I can’t wait to dine there again.

David was our server, and he was outstanding in every way. The prices were quite reasonable. I ordered the crab cake, blackened catfish with a crustacean au gratin sauce, and Cajun shrimp pasta. I also got the chicken sausage gumbo and a take-out bag with snow crab, shrimp, corn, and sausage.
