It's Chili's. The server was great. The guy was ok. We both had the ribs and chicky tenders. Boy do I miss the way they used to do their tenders. These were ok but a little tough. They used to have the puffy coating, bigger and a lot more tender.. is ok for maybe happy hour.. we hadn't been in so long because the last couple of times it was bad food and service View all feedback.
I hope this is posted on your website, horrible experience today. We stopped going to Chili’s over a year ago due to their poor service and quality of food. Decided to give them another shot!! Total failure! We arrived 15 minutes after they opened. Bar tender was having to cover the bar and tables in the bar which was not busy. We ordered “Happy Hour “ chips that I asked for 3 times. They took our order which was our “meal “ of just Appetizers and a side salad. Salad came 20 minutes after our original order of just chips. I asked skinny blonde guy with glasses who proceeded to give me the I don’t give a … attitude saying it comes up on another ticket and walked away. We asked two other times for the complimentary happy hour chips with not a care by any of the staff. My brother in law went to the bartender to cash out and told her why. She asked no questions or offered no apology. Won’t be returning there again. Big corporate doesn’t mean your job is safe. Better get your act together!!Minus one all around. Went to La Casita and received the excellent service we always get!
Needs a lot of house cleaning. Doors have so much dirt on them it's caking up.
I haven’t visited this chili in person for a while but last night I was craving their fried mozzarella so I dragged my dad there to grab some. We arrived around 8pm and were greeted kindly, the staff up front allowed us to choose our own seating. It was quite busy so it took a while before our waitress had time to stop by our table. For appetizers, we got the chips and salsa and the triple dipper with mango habanero bone in wings, fried mozzarella, and southwestern egg rolls. For the main entrées my dad got the smokehouse combo with the ribs, chicken quesadillas, and Nashville hot crispers while I got the fajita trio which consisted of steak, chicken, and shrimp. For dessert I got the molten chocolate cake to-go.The appetizers weren’t too shabby, the eggrolls were crispy on the outside and soft inside and the fried mozzarella are delicious as usual. The chips and salsa wasn’t too bad either for a chain restaurant. However, the wings were really dry, while the sauce had nice sweet flavor, it didn’t help the dryness. My dad liked some of the items in the smokehouse combo, mainly the ribs and corn on a cob. But, he wasn’t impressed with the chicken quesadillas nor the bland crispers, it was barely salty and had zero spice. My fajita plate came to my table sizzling however, when I touched the chicken, it was cold. The steak was also overcooked and extremely tough so I brought that home for my dogs. The shrimp was the main thing I ate and it was still extremely bland. I was disappointed that almost all the food was mediocre at best but I guess that’s what I should expect from a chain restaurant. At least the service was good and I did like the dessert too.

Story time: I came to town for a wedding about two years ago. Server who was assigned to us did not attend to us even at the 30 min mark for even our drinks. I was upset and went up to the bar and asked for assistance. Bartender was super helpful, so much so that we came back the next day and sat at the bar. Andrew served us both days exceptional service.Today, TWO YEARS LATER, we came back on the way from Disneyland and bartender decides to serve us. I can honestly say we recognized Andrew because of his service, work ethic, positive attitude…Andrew is the standard we carry whenever we go out to eat, which is our own demise because we occasionally think that service is never as good as when we are served by Andrew from Beaumont Chili’s.PS: those Washington Apples tho.
