Carl's Jr - Beaumont

Service was good and fast, but the food was just okay. The double cheeseburger with everything had only a tiny piece of onion and a piece of tomatoes only around the size of a quarter; absolutely nothing like the pictures. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious, but the baked chicken patty too thin, only about 1/4 inches thick.

As for fast food burgers, Carl's in my opinion is the best. My latest visit was... ok. The food is always pretty good and the helping sizes are always large. I did sit in the drive through for an unusually long time but when I got my food the server apologized for the wait and explained they were cooking fresh biscuits and mine were the first up (awesome)

The food was okay, but I had changed my order and the cashier had to do a void... The manager began reprimanding her about the number of voids she made every day right in front of me. While I wasn't offended personally, it made me feel bad for the cashier and I really felt like the manager should've saved the lecture for a time when she was one on one with her employee instead of calling the lady out in front of a customer, but that's just my opinion as a former manager.

I stopped in on 3/3 and ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a BK bacon jr. meal. They gave me 2 chicken sandwiches. I took one back and the cashier apologized, she said she grabbed the wrong sandwich and gave me the correct one. I should have checked before leaving. Yes it was the correct sandwich but the bun was burned.

Unfortunately this was an extremely rough experience for us. We waited for over 20 minutes for our food. Why? Because they caught my chicken sandwich on fire! That was fun, but the wait was ridiculous. Nobody be in a hurry up in this grill. Plus, don’t order a salad my wife found out the hard way. Lol! It was just some lettuce next to a tomato slice, next to a piece of chicken. Wow.
