Hello. After my visit in July, I came out a little disappointed with your restaurant. Last year I came twice to your establishment and I came out of it, twice, enchanted 5 stars. I even advertised it around me. By curiosity, I wanted to see the opinions given this year before giving mine. Hence this period of intervention. This year, as you see, I have only 3 stars because 2.5 stars do not exist. I'll explain why. At the beginning of July I returned to your restaurant with pleasure, accompanied by my sister, to whom I had praised. But this pleasure was partly spoiled, on the one hand by a new card which, compared to that of 2020, was reduced, less original and less fragrant, on the other hand, by a long service, too long I waited for the end of my entry to have a refrigerated glass promised at the beginning of the meal by the sommelier, and brought following my request by the server, having in vain been able to attract by my signs the gaze of the sommelier. In summary, the dishes and wine were very good duck carpaccio with foie gras, lamb mouse and meringue but service to review, too much waiting between the dishes. At one point, being only two. We thought you forgot us. When you hold a restaurant with a card whose prices are not related to those of a restaurant café, the customer waits at least friendly and smile from the restauratrice. I hope that you will consider my remarks on the need to improve your service, your reception and the return of a more elaborate, original and varied map like that of 2020. JPC
